Bringing your beloved pet dog on holiday to France is easy now that travel restrictions have been lifted within the EU with a Pet Passport.

The essentials are:

If your pet is travelling from an EU or Non-EU listed country all that will be required for entry is a valid EU pet passport

The passport must record:

• Microchip number

• Rabies vaccination including manufacturer and name of vaccine, vaccination date, expiry date, veterinary authorisation

• DOGS ONLY – tape worm treatment
